我高三但是跳的都不太高聽說跳繩可以訓練彈跳力所以開始一天兩組一組一百下這樣真的有效嗎??還是量要再多一點??請問要如何訓練臂力呢?我舉12磅啞鈴一組10下一天都舉3組這樣有用嗎還是有更快的方法??請求彈跳力短時間能夠大進步的方法...Showmore
