我剛國三,體重:49.5kg身高:170cm我目前是用啞鈴在練肌肉跟力氣,要做到啥時才算極限==可是為啥做伏地挺身,我的肌肉會硬硬的,而練啞鈴卻沒有那種效果,反而沒什麼感覺==
