近五年來我都是靠喝酒之後才有睡意,一次喝約40%的威士忌或白蘭地300CC,啤酒約1500CC(我今年39歲,喝完啤酒腳會酸而且頻尿,所以大多都是喝烈酒)。我偶爾會散步半小時或做仰臥起坐百來次加20次伏地挺身,又或者慢跑10分鐘大約2千公尺,況且我在沒工作之前是當黑手那是非常消耗體力的,但我只覺��
