先說一下這是我原本給自己的訓練菜單:一.啞鈴20磅各種舉法加起來左右手各約400下,伏地挺身300下,交互蹲跳200下,仰臥起坐200下,彈簧棒壓300下,輕揮手臂約30下二.同星期一三.投球50球,其中40下是輕投,10下用8成力,慢跑4KM四和五.同星期一六.投球80球,其中20球全力,60球用4~5成力,慢跑4KM日.休息我就照著原本的��
