重量訓練和身高問題 - 啞鈴

您好,我是國三學生.最近在重量訓練方面比較重視三頭肌的強化,大家都知道還在發育期舉過重的舉重和過量的訓練會導致身高的發展.我的方式是,坐在椅上拿10磅的啞鈴手肘垂直向上舉,一次大約20個.一天雙手各會舉40個,無聊時會舉60個.我想請問這樣向上舉的動作會不會造成長不高??
