請問各位專家們,我現在身高大概168,體重75左右,每個禮拜會固定去健身房做運動三到四次,而所做的運動基本上是半個小時左右的跑步機,半個小時的划步機,之後會做些像是仰臥起坐或者手臂重量訓練之類的運動!加加起來每次都有差不多一個半小時,有時候如果再去泡個按摩池或者做一下三溫暖,就將近兩��
