我最近開始作仰臥起坐舉啞鈴伏地挺身但是聽說做完這些運動後都要做一些伸展運動才會有漂亮的肌肉線條那麼可以一一交我嗎??仰臥起坐之後要做什麼??舉啞鈴之後要做什麼??伏地挺身之後要做什麼??這些大概一個禮拜可以做幾次?之前有聽說一個禮拜啞鈴只能舉3次但是我現在是每天都做那仰臥起坐和伏
