請問一下,一早起床就做運動,(大約起床後半小時...)例如做"伏地挺身30下,仰臥起坐30下"會不會對身體有不好的影響?如果又是空腹是不是更不好?(因為上班時間有限,打算做完運動再出去吃早餐~!)有誰可以回答我的問題嗎?謝謝唷~~^_^...Showmore
