請問各位大大~如何鍛鍊手臂肌肉和腹肌?20點 - 伏地挺身

因為本人現在也只是國中生很羨慕其他同學身體滿壯的~最近在睡前都會做個50下伏地挺身、100下仰臥起坐。並不是一直連續而是有停頓不之這樣對身體有負面影響?請各位大大交我如呵鍛鍊一下吧時間並不要太久畢竟我現在還是國中生呵呵有點忙身體狀況的話已經發育了~
