請問各位大大為甚麼我做仰臥起坐的時後屁谷那ㄇ容意破皮啊我明明有電軟布的==還有啞玲該怎ㄇ訓練呢總是舉到30下就沒力了但是休息之後舉敬然也沒辦法舉到10下好奇怪
