我每天早上6點就起床騎一下腳踏車早餐大概8點半之後才吃因為工作關係中午11點多吃午餐晚上要到5點半之後才吃晚上回到家晚上7點半之後還會做重量訓練(伏地挺身.仰臥起坐)做完之後還會吃1.2顆茶葉蛋早餐>>泡[桂格珍穀]有很多種類,每天2包午餐>>一個便當,飯是紫米.菜大概就豆包.海帶.酸菜.豆
