我身高170~175左右體重差不多68公斤肚子有一點點肉最近我開始進行瘦身與健身的運動我一個禮拜有4~5天會固定先跳20分鐘左右的跳繩再做一些無氧比較激烈的腹部運動手部運動飲食方面我也盡量不碰含糖飲料都以白開水為主三餐正常也沒碰油炸類的食物請問這樣的作息是否可以達到良好的瘦身效果@@?跳��
