我高二每隔1天會坐姿舉12磅啞鈴練二頭肌,一次15下練6~7組站姿平舉啞鈴練三角肌,一次20下練5~7組半蹲身體與地板平行平舉啞鈴,一次15下5~7組啞鈴舉完都會吃1顆水煮蛋蛋白部份伏地挺身也是兩天一次,一次10~12下5~6組練了大概快2個月了還是沒什麼肌肉線條線條只有變一點點,但肌肉有變大倒是真的我
