1.我想要把球投的更遠要練哪裡的肌肉?我想再三分線後一大步還可以投出2.要做什麼動作?(例:伏地挺身)3.投籃時要把球拿在頭頂正上方還是額頭前上方呢?PS.我用單手投姿勢應該是算標準就是覺得力氣不夠投遠一點就會變形
