我33歲,都沒在運動身體很差,180cm看起來不胖,74kg體重,腰圍居然35吋,相當肥胖了,目的是跑步保養身體兼瘦身,請教有效率的跑步方法1.據說跑步要到心跳120下,30分鐘以上才有效果,那麼假設極端的狀況,就是走路而已,慢慢走怎麼走心跳都不會超過100下,即使走了一天一夜不睡覺,也是徒增疲��
