我是男生!!我是從135公斤瘦下來的現在體重80可是因為以前都節食所以身材非常差尤其胸部特別大感覺沒瘦多少上半身感覺很胖肉都軟軟的現在我已經恢復飲食我要問的問題是Q1:伏力挺身或者是仰臥起坐一天要練幾次次數?Q2:大概多久會有明顯效果?P.S:因為本人現在都在家 盡可能給些在家的活動
