我每天做50下伏地挺身25 25下做 和 70下仰臥起坐 會太多嗎? 還有我一星期拉1~2次的筋我很想要長高 ~ 但是這是練舞需求..還有沒有機會再長高,我要有根據的回答.現在是個國二生....Showmore
