請問各位最近想練手臂和腹肌不知道怎麼開始怎麼練我家有啞玲(5KG)之前一次舉太多結果隔天手整個伸不直之後停了好幾天我想問說一次大概要舉幾下還有一天要舉幾次才夠要怎麼練還有練腹肌在家的話最簡單應該就是仰臥起坐吧一天和一次大概作幾下才是大概練多久效果才會出來麻煩各位幫我解答謝��
