每當跑步呼吸總是調不過來,腳痠+手痠、跑不動腰的兩側也很痛,有時還會耳鳴…真不知道該怎麼練,也不曉得怎麼計算多少公尺請問假設一般國中操場是幾公尺?另外要怎麼排除看人家跑很快就很緊張要跟著他跑很快的那種心理壓力?我有買碼錶想計時,一開始練適用嗎?從現在練到明年2~3月跑1200公尺8分鐘內跑完會有成效嗎?目前跑1200公尺是要花8分56秒左右......Showmore
