每天做大約做20下休息一分鐘再做20下這樣做3次伏地挺身這樣會長肌肉嗎?不是說長肌肉會痛?可是我卻不會痛請問這樣是會長肌肉嗎?線條是不是這樣就練的出來了但是不會痛?...希望我的表達大家聽的懂
