1.我仰臥起坐最多一分鐘做到15下左右,請問要如何訓練達到32~35下/1分鐘呀?而且我只剩兩個月左右時間就要體測了,麻煩幫幫我?2.我拉單槓一下都拉不上去,但是伏地挺身可以撐個25下左右,就是拉不上去,同樣的兩個月之後也要體測,合格標準是6下,請問怎麼拉呀?麻煩大大高台貴手幫幫忙?
