夏天快要到了.想要讓自己身材好一點所以最近開始舉啞鈴跟伏地挺身可是我發現一個問題.我的身體很厚可是相較之下手臂好像跟胸部不太協調就是我胸部很厚很寬.但手臂比較細我要如何讓手臂變粗.但是讓胸部變小呢?感覺舉啞鈴跟伏地挺身也都會練到胸部耶怎麼辦呢??...Showmore
