我是男生現在175公分55公斤我太瘦為了因應面試希望在5月底前達到60初小猛男的身材不知道怎麼作我現在每天都惠分別作伏地挺身20下3組或雅伶14p20下3俎(左右手)+啞鈴上舉20下3組,一周跑步3~4次飲食部份3餐正常ㄔ偶爾點心宵夜都是喝豆漿或牛奶或點心,可是依樣很瘦我在運動健身方面以及飲食分面請問有��
