因為想增強自己的體能我記得我去年跑1500公尺的時候好像是七分多吧而800公尺好像三分二十幾秒我希望再增強自己體能有沒有可能在半年內進步到跑1500是六分??(女生這樣的話算快還是慢??)有沒有相關的建議或計畫???...Showmore
