我已經持續跑步這個習慣有一個月了每個禮拜都跑三次運動時間大概20分~30分持續跑快2000公尺但是體重卻越來越重?我沒有特別吃比較多有時候晚上只吃水果就去跑步了還沒跑48公斤跑到現在變快50公斤請問這是什麼原因呢?跑步不是會讓人快速瘦身嗎?有人說是因為肌肉變結實所以體重變重了但後來會瘦下
