我95公斤~180公分~23歲我在健身房用跑步機跑6千公里時間36分加有氧運動25分跑完就ㄑ做40分ㄉ重量訓練~~一天運動1ㄍ小時40分請問我星期一到星期五~做那些運動身體都ok但第6天跑起來就好累頭有點痛痛暈暈ㄉ眼睛有點花花ㄉ是我ㄉ運動錯誤嗎我這樣ㄉ運動3ㄍ月瘦10公斤~會太多嗎~是瘦太快ㄉ問題嗎?可是我
