高二女身高150體重55週一~週五18:30吃完晚餐休息到19:00去跑步跑5圈走5圈跑5圈走5圈大概20:00回家21:00~22:30洗澡抬腿按摩腿23:30~12:00睡覺隔天6:30起床............只做1~5六日休息重點都是胖在腿這樣可以瘦腿嗎體重大概要多少才不會太胖早午餐正常吃晚餐除了水果可以吃飯嗎我這樣2個月開學前可以瘦幾公斤六日
