身材會到以前,體重卻比以前重(20點) - 運動

去年底73KG到今年初~中之間變成85(毫無節制的吃),現在變成80kg少喝飲料及節制飲食才勉強回到78~80kg,身材卻跟73kg時一樣最近有運動,慢跑(30分鐘±----1~2天一次),仰臥起坐(每天),伏地挺身(1~3天做一次),騎腳踏車(20分鐘±-----每天,有跑步就沒有這項)以上這些運動有辦法使自己變瘦嗎?請問還有沒有甚麼辦法可以�
