我從事餐飲業每天早上七點半起床晚上九點下班。這幾天有看過一些有關肌肉鍛練的方法想鍛鍊一下身體練練肌肉。我想利用下班時間花個一.兩個小時來鍛鍊身體我有做個簡單的規劃如下:9;00~9;40慢跑+短程衝刺(腿部肌肉)10;00~10:50舉啞鈴.伏地挺身.仰臥起坐(手臂.胸肌.腹肌)不知道這樣鍛鍊下來效果大
