我早餐一餐(有點飽)中餐在家裡11點1餐(吃到飽,撐)在上班的店裡2~3點1餐(吃到飽)回到家5點多1餐(吃到飽,撐)上班晚上10點1餐(吃到飽,撐)每天做ㄉ運動舉啞鈴大概100~130下仰臥起坐50下滾輪50下抬腳10下伏地挺身,墊高坐20下上班餐飲業的一直走路也算運動吧==就這樣做完1杯牛奶早上吃早餐也會+1杯牛奶睡�
