我每天晚上都會有睡不著的困擾,每晚都到3-4點才睡去,可是我早上都是8點就要起身上班。並不是不睏,是有睡意的,可是閉上眼睛就是睡不著。可是我早上只要鬧鐘一嚮就能起身,而且是清醒的。到我放工回家,6-7點這段時間就會覺得很睏,只要一閉上眼睛就睡得著,然後到9點多自然會醒。我曾�
