各位好我是個上班族每天早上八點上班晚上九點多下班(星期六一樣\"定時加班\"到下午五點,星期日休息)因為常吃外食,啤酒肚逐漸露了出來所以就開始做仰臥起坐我都是睡前(約11點左右)開始做做50下左右一開始是做到30下左右就會開始酸痛撐到50下結束我了解一開始做的三四天一定會有酸痛感覺�
