我剛要升高一....我的身高是176.5體重50(好像太瘦了)但是我覺得我已經夠高了...不需要太高...我想練肌肉...而且聽說會不容易長高...所以我大概在長1..2公分就可以了.....那我現在應該可以練了吧??伏地挺身..仰臥起坐之類的...5個月之後會不會有形狀呢??
