我從國一身高168就開始伏地挺身和舉啞鈴我伏地挺身來回都做20下共五次每天都做啞鈴我是拿5公斤坐著練雙手都來回20下共五次做完都有拉筋我二頭肌線在跟183CLUB的黃玉榮一樣大練了三年下來我現在身高177體重60總覺得好像沒在長高了我還長的高嗎??(我想要一個滿意的答覆)
