我是一位新手,身高168,體重56kg,我想要練胸肌,聽朋友說一組是15下左右,然後一天至少做3~6組,然後做一組休息一分鐘,但是我一天一次做3組大約50下,手臂就會酸痛一、二天....我想問的是:伏地挺身可以分開做嗎?例如:一次也是做15下,早、中、晚各做15下,這樣子可以嗎?還是減少我的量,��
