我即將是個國三生,我身高173,體重63,整體看起來不會胖,只不過就是有小腹,雖然我之前有練腹肌(每天50下,有時間隔1天),用力時用摸的話也已經有線條了。但腹肌上面那層肥肉就是遮住我的線條,該怎麼解決這個問題呢?還有我也有在練伏地挺身,我每天都10幾下(很標準的)1-2回,胸肌已經有成果�
