爲了減肥....和健康的身體....我每天晚上都會去公園跑一個小時的慢跑跑完之後....覺得很口渴但是都不知道要喝什麼==....請問....運動完之後..到底要喝水好還是喝運動飲料好?有個說法是要喝水...因為運動飲料會把消耗的熱量全補回也有個說法是..要喝運動飲料..因為運動飲料可以即時補充身體流失的礦��
