最近正在減肥,每天都利用起床後跑30~45分鐘下班後跑30分鐘,想問說運動後又吃水果(各式各樣;不分種類)會負胖嗎??還是有更好的減肥方法我一個月已經瘦5公斤了,但想說讓自己瘦的更快請各位大大幫幫忙!!
