我體力很差、容易疲倦、工作時間長。平常沒在運動。為了鍛鍊體力,去跑了健身房。不過只是騎腳踏車和快走,結果隔天工作一直打瞌睡、坐公車也一直睡。害我不敢再運動下去了。為何運動令人疲倦?這是好現象嗎(如好轉反應)?過陣子就會沒這狀況嗎?甚至精神變好嗎?........每天運動的話,到底
