小弟我近兩個月開始重訓每天下班約1~1.5小時看到有人在補充高蛋白食品自己也想試試看!!1.如果我只做重訓服用高蛋白會胖到下半身嗎?2.有哪些需要攝取的?例如乳清淡白胺基酸等等....3.有哪些牌子不錯的推荐一下?價格方面?
