重訓與灌籃的疑問 - 重訓

我188/86打的位置4.5號(通常5號居多)經常打球都被問說能不能灌籃每次都說不會說久了就覺得很丟臉我想問一下想要灌籃的條件是哪些我只知道跟身高、跳躍力還有協調性有關然後我已經年過20了所以要長高是不太可能的事了但是要增加跳躍力可能還有點希望只是我現在只有蹲舉每次蹲都只有60~80kg(含槓子
