請問各位大大^^.小弟我最近3個月來.每天都舉重量約2公斤ㄉ物品(約30下左右)!這樣手部有達到強化肌肉ㄉ效果嗎?沒有ㄉ化要怎麼讓自己ㄉ肌肉更結實更大呢?還有我算是蠻胖ㄉ.每天睡前都做20個仰臥起坐!這樣對剪沒有效果嗎???
