最近開始調整姿勢不是很盲目的練習發覺1.坐姿胸推機(名字不正確?就是坐著推類似伏地挺身那台==")好像都是肩膀&腋下前側有感覺乳頭正上方的區域好像都沒練到是不是我抓的太靠裡面還是手肘退的不夠後面呢?我手肘都退到上臂和身體平行2.趴著勾腿(小腿往回勾練大腿後那台)勾的時候大腿前側會
