我作完躺著舉重,胸肌及三頭肌都會發痛,通常要三到四天才會好,以手握啞鈴來練二頭肌後,也會感到僵便,我須要等到痛感及僵硬感完全消失,才能進行下一次的練習嗎?還是休息一日,隔日即可再練?
