我平時是會做重量訓量的人...已經持續很久的時間了.差不多有3~4個月了不過最近~~在做重訓(啞鈴)的時候...左手拉第一下還可以..要拉第二下整隻手沒力然後就夾帶著劇烈的疼痛....感覺手快斷了..不知道是不是真的拉傷了!!像這種情況~~要休息多久...才會好
