我今年15歲身高170體重56公斤,最近買了一個8磅的啞鈴,主要想增強手臂的肌群,但是我不清楚每個部份該做幾下.和幾組.休息多久才能達到效果,懇請各位大大提供我正確的資訊,若能幫我訂一份訓練菜單當然是最好~感謝~
