基本上我是一周兩個循環星期一:胸、背、腹部星期二:肩三角、肱二、肱三星期三:腳、腹部星期四:胸、背、腹部星期五:肩三角、肱二、肱三星期六:腳、腹部星期日:休息做完重訓才做有氧45分像星期一個課表基本上我是用超級組數訓練組與組間隔休息時間2分鐘1.ChestPress(Smith)做完不休息馬上接
