我平常有在做重訓專訓肌力而我練的時候假設是啞鈴彎舉好了都練五組每組做7到8下也就是次數每組是固定的但後來有聽說不用管每組做幾下每一組都做到沒力就對了想請問的是是每組次數固定比較好還是都做到力竭比較好
