我一周大概會做個1~2次重訓(幾乎是一週一次因為有練田徑作核心肌肉鍛練)對了我大概是週四練重訓週六拉單槓週二練核心肌肉這樣休息可以嗎?基本上我想練三角肌跟二頭肌胸肌大腿小腿目前三角肌就是抬手的動作舉到6KG大概都做2X~3X下吧分幾回合這樣二頭肌3X以上吧沒在算就一直上下舉目前8KG躺舉20KG1X
