前幾天因為連續作三天的重訓(下盤,大腿)沒休息想說這樣會對下盤有幫助但後來肌肉好像受傷(不確定是不是受傷,好像是過度疲勞,我做重訓時動作是標準的沒受傷,只是量做太大了)變得說急停時命中率下降很多肌力明顯下降打的幾場比賽都不如以前後來才知道問題的嚴重性於是就休息了四天大腿也不酸��
